1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register at 949tt you must be at least 18 years old. By submitting the registration form you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that gambling is not prohibited where you live. 949tt reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

Each person may hold only one account. If we detect duplicate accounts, all bonus balances will be cancelled and the accounts may be closed without prior notice. You are responsible for the accuracy of every detail you enter at registration — name, mobile number, and bKash/Nagad wallet number.

• You must register in your own name. Accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• Corporate or syndicate accounts are not accepted.
• Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law may not register.

2. Account Rules

Account currency

All balances and transactions are recorded in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Currency conversion is not available.

Account suspension

949tt may suspend or close an account if we find evidence of fraud, collusion, use of prohibited software, chargebacks, or any breach of these terms. Funds in a suspended account will be held pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach is confirmed.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

949tt supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. All deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same method unless you contact support to request a change. We do not accept third-party payments.

Processing times are estimates under normal network conditions. Delays can occur during peak periods or when additional verification is needed. 949tt does not charge transaction fees on its end; your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Failed deposits

If a deposit is debited from your wallet but does not appear in your 949tt balance within 30 minutes, send your transaction reference to [email protected] and our team will investigate within 2 hours.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Every promotion offered by 949tt comes with specific terms that override the general bonus rules below where they conflict. Always read the promotion page before claiming.

Wagering rules

Wagering must be completed within 7 days of the bonus being credited. Bets that are voided, cashed out early, or placed on prohibited markets do not count towards wagering requirements. If the 7-day window expires, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed.

Bonus abuse

Using multiple accounts, placing low-risk matched bets, or exploiting technical errors to claim bonuses is considered abuse. 949tt reserves the right to withhold winnings and close accounts in such cases.

5. Betting & Game Rules

949tt offers cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and more. Each game and sport has its own set of rules displayed on the relevant page. Where a conflict exists between a specific game's rules and these general terms, the specific rules take precedence.

Bet acceptance

All bets are subject to 949tt's acceptance. We reserve the right to limit stake sizes, refuse bets, or void bets after the fact if an error in odds is discovered. Bets placed after an event has started may be voided unless live-betting markets are explicitly open.

System errors

If a game or sporting event is affected by a technical malfunction — including disconnections, incorrect odds display, or software errors — 949tt may void related bets. Funds from voided bets are returned to your main balance.

• Winnings from obvious pricing errors will not be paid.
• Cricket matches that do not complete the minimum number of overs required by the official rules are settled as void unless stated otherwise.
• Live-bet markets close automatically when results are confirmed; late bets are rejected by the system.

6. Identity Verification (KYC)

949tt may ask you to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal. Verification is typically completed within 2 hours of submitting valid documents.

Documents must be clear, unedited scans or photos showing your full name and date of birth. Blurred or cropped images will be rejected and you will be asked to resubmit. Withdrawals are held until KYC is cleared.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 949tt:

• Opening more than one account per person or household.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games.
• Attempting to launder money through deposits and withdrawals.
• Exploiting software bugs or pricing errors without reporting them to support.
• Using someone else's payment method without their written consent.
